Fees, payment and registration
1. Conference Fee: The conference fee is DKK 1.250 (Approx. 165€) including VAT. The deadline for this payment is May 1., 2018. The payment can be conducted on this website https://www.erap.aau.dk/event/index.php/IBC2018 . We will register your participation at the conference upon payment of this fee (includes pre-booking of Hotel and meals).
2. Hotel and meals: The price for the hotel stay and meals at the conference venue will be DKK 3.800 (Approx. 505€) including VAT. This includes meals at the conference center and 2 overnight stays on the nights of May 30 and 31, 2018. This payment will be done at the conference venue when checking out.
The total sum for the conference will therefore be DKK 5.050 (Approx. €670) including VAT.
